Solitude
sometimes solitude is the best therapy to heal you.generally loniness is not good for anyone but it has its positive side also whenever you are alone you get plenty of time for introspection which helps you in enhancing your qualities and avoiding repeating mistakes,it also guided your thought process ,and your mind actually start working like a parachute so that you can also being receptive for new ideas ,new conflicts and new challenges,it also reveals the truth related to our problems for getting better solutions,when you are alone you can identify your trueself so dear sometimes some negative situations also have positive traits its upto you how can you see your situation and how you cope up with those situations... tc regards
